New Hampshire Man Arrested for False Report After Car Crash

Dustin Frost, 29, of Brookline, NH, has been charged with a misdemeanor

A Brookline, New Hampshire, man faces a misdemeanor charge after allegedly making a false report with police in Hollis after crashing a Lexus in August.

Twenty-nine-year-old Dustin Frost was arrested and released on $1,000 bail Monday after being charged with making a false report on an accident.

According to Hollis Police, at around 2 a.m. on Aug. 23, a police officer responded to a single motor vehicle crash on Rocky Pond Road and found a 2009 Lexus had rolled onto its side into a swamp.

The police officer found two people outside of the car, and said both gave different stories about who drove the car.

Frost was arrested after an investigation, according to police.

He'll be arraigned the morning of Oct. 29 in the 9th Circuit Court in Nashua. There is no word on if he has an attorney.
