A dispatch officer in Newton, Massachusetts, helped a pregnant woman deliver her baby over the phone.
The woman called 911 and the dispatcher, identified as Kevin Donovan with the Newton Police Department's 31 Willow Street location, was able to assist the woman as she delivered the baby at the Chestnut Hill Mall parking lot.
