Police Investigate Shots Fired at MBTA Station

Shooter and intended victims fled the scene

Transit police officers responded to a report of shots fired at the Savin Hill MBTA station in Boston's Dorchester neighborhood.

Upon arrival at the station just after 5 p.m. Sunday, police discovered ballistic evidence inside the station.

Based on their brief investigation, police say the evidence suggests one male entered the station and fired upon two intended victims.

No one was struck during the shooting. Both the shooter and intended victims fled the scene.
