One of the victims in a suicide bombing in Afghanistan was originally from Massachusetts, according to reports.
Major Michael Donahue was one of two Americans killed when a Taliban attacker detonated a car bomb earlier this week.
The 18-year Army veteran lived in Columbus, Ohio.
According to the Brockton Enterprise, the 41-year-old was originally from Massachusetts and graduated from Whitman-Hanson High School.
Major Donahue is survived by a wife and three children.
