Teens Arrested For Doing Donuts on Baseball Field, Causing Damage
    Merrimack Police

Two teenagers turned themselves in at the Merrimack, New Hampshire, Police Department on Wednesday.

Timothy L'Heureux, 17, and Tyler Signer, 19, were wanted on a warrant for criminal mischief.

The charges stem from an incident on Nov. 26 when police received a report of vehicles driving on the baseball field at Veterans Park. When an officer arrived on scene, he saw both subjects driving erratically, and doing donuts on the field.

It was determined that their actions of driving on the field caused significant damage.

They were both charged, and released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail. They will appear in the 9th District Division Merrimack Court on Dec. 30 to answer to the misdemeanor charge, which is punishable by a year in jail and/or a $2,000 fine.
