New Hampshire State Police have arrested a woman accused of driving over three times the legal limit of alcohol Wednesday in Concord.

Police pulled over a vehicle on Route 393 in the area of Exit 1 around 8:08 p.m. She was reportedly heading west in the eastbound lane of the highway.

After conducting an investigation, police arrested Jennifer Gallagher, 49, of Concord.
