A 12-year-old girl is suffering non-life-threatening injuries after a hit-and-run occurred in Newton, Massachusetts.
On Saturday night, police received information that a car struck a pedestrian on Beacon Street, in between Langley Road and Center Street.
Police say an older model white Toyota truck struck the girl and fled the scene.
