Police in Connecticut arrested two people Thursday morning after a one-car crash.
Willimantic Police responded to Ash Street around 9 a.m. Upon arrival, they found Abimael Ramirez trying to move the crashed vehicle.
Ramirez was arrested for a DUI and operating a vehicle without a license.

While investigating, police learned that a second male had actually been the driver of the car at the time of the crash. That driver, Rolando Meletz, fled the scene at the time of crash.
He was located near the scene of the crash and charged with DUI, Fail to Drive Right and operating a motor vehicle without a license.
Both were released on bond and scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 5.
