The attorney representing the Maine farm where a teenager was killed and 20 other were injured in a haunted hayride crash last year has pleaded not guilty to all charges against it.
According to necn affiliate WCSH, the attorney who represents Harvest Hill Farm of Mechanic Falls, pleaded not guilty to charges including manslaughter, stemming from an Oct. 11 haunted hayride crash that killed 17-year-old Cassidy Charette of Oakland and injured 20 others.
The Sun Journal reports two of three defendants charged in the crash have secured lawyers to represent them.
The driver of the hayride, 55-year-old David Brown, of South Paris, will be represented by Leonard Sharon. Brown is charged with reckless conduct.
No attorney entered an appearance Wednesday for 38-year-old Phillip Theberge, of Norway, who worked as a mechanic at the farm and is charged with reckless conduct.
