Man Arrested After Car Crash and Taking Heroin

New Hampshire State Police found a 28-year-old man unconscious alongside the road Saturday afternoon

A 28-year-old man was found along the road unconscious and not breathing by New Hampshire Sate Police Saturday afternoon.

A trooper on Interstate 93 found a 2004 Nissan Sentra in the breakdown lane just north of exit 3. Upon investigation, it was determined the driver, Michael Kendall, lost consciousness and crashed into the guardrail. The officer discovered that Kendall used heroin about a half hour before the crash.

Derry Fire/EMS was able to revive Kendall and took him to Parkland Medical Center where he was arrested.

Kendall will appear in Salem District Court on March 11 to face charges of Operating after Suspension and Reckless Driving.
