Authorities confirm there has been a shooting in Chelsea, Massachusetts.

Chelsea police say it happened on Essex Street.

At the scene, a victim told necn that two suspects approached him and his friend with a gun, and that the suspects shot them both in the leg and took one of their gold necklaces.
