A pedestrian was struck by an Uber drive vehicle outside of a Boston restaurant in the city's Fenway neighborhood Monday night.
Boston police say it happened around 9 p.m. in front of Jerry Remy's on Boylston Street.
The victim, who has not been identified, has life-threatening injuries.
Police say the driver remained at the scene, but aren't sure if the driver will face charges.
