Police say a police dog has found a missing 15-year-old boy who was hiding in a shed on a Massachusetts island.
State Police tell The Republican the teen was found Thursday in Nantucket after disappearing Wednesday night. Nantucket police asked State Police for help in finding the boy after searching wooded areas of the island. They feared he might hurt himself.
Police say Diego, a police dog, acquired the teen's scent from his last known location and discovered the boy in the shed.
Police say he was in good condition and arrangements were made to take him home.
