Police in Massachusetts captured a suspect believed to be armed and dangerous from Hudson, New Hampshire.

Tyngsboro Police arrested Michael Pellerin, 45, without incident as a Fugitive based on a felony warrant from Hudson Police.

Pellerin was issued a restraining order on Nov. 4, 2019 barring him from having contact with a spouse. The order also prohibits him from possessing any firearms.

Police responded to a call at 2 p.m. for a possible domestic violence restraining order on Greenfield Drive.

He fled the residence and into the woods as police arrived. A witness says Pellerin escaped into a wooded area between Sullivan Road, Route 111 and Paget Road.

According to the Hudson Police Department, Pellerin remains on the loose.

Residents located in the streets and wooded areas surrounding Sullivan Road, off Route 111, were under a shelter in place order. Residents received a call from emergency services, alerting them to the incident.
