PD: Man Pointed Gun at Pizza Delivery Driver

The alleged incident happened Thursday night around 7:30 at an apartment building on North State Street

Police in Concord, New Hampshire, say a man is facing charges after he pointed a shotgun at a deliver driver.

The alleged incident happened Thursday night around 7:30 at an apartment building on North State Street.

The victim told police he was delivering a pizza and the suspect, identified as 57-year-old Robert Martin, said he did not care if he lived or died.

According to the victim, Martin grabbed a shotgun, pointed it at him and walked toward the driver. Martin ultimately sat down and put the gun away, which is when the driver left the apartment.

Police were able to make contact with Martin and had him leave him home. The shotgun was later recovered.

Martin is being charged with reckless conduct and criminal threatening. He was held on $10,000 bail and will be arraigned Friday morning.
