A New Hampshire man was arrested Monday for threatening after police say he slammed a vehicle with a baseball bat.
Twenty-three-year-old Byron Medina of Nashua is charged with a felony count of threatening and a misdemeanor count of mischief.
Police were called to a convenience store and told that the man was hitting the vehicle with the bat.
Medina was held on $5,000 cash or surety bail. He will be arraigned Tuesday in Nashua.
