The day before Thanksgiving, New Hampshire was pounded during the first snowstorm of the season.
State Police have had their hands full with slide-offs and accidents on I-89 and I-93.
NECN captured video of five different crashes over less than 20 miles, from Concord north to Warner.
The snow fell steadily all day and crews did everything they could to keep up.
New Hampshire Department of Transportation Spokesman Bill Boynton says across the state, there are more than 740 trucks and about 600 employees who will work through the night to and even after the snow stops.
"It does affect their Thanksgiving Day plans - obviously, they'll be pushed back," said Boynton. "They know that's part of the job, they're good at what they do and they'll be out there for as long as it takes."
