A former Vermont school principal has been cited into court on a charge of lewd and lascivious conduct with a child.
Vermont State Police say they begin investigating Tunbridge Central School principal Richard Talbot, 68, in February after learning of the allegation.
According to a statement from the school board, Talbot, of South Royalton, was placed on paid administrative leave on January 20 and fired from his position on March 2, 2015 following the completion of a personnel investigation.
