A former licensed nursing assistant in New Hampshire has pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting an elderly patient with Alzheimer's and Parkinson's diseases.
The New Hampshire attorney general's office says Timothy Morrissey was sentenced to one and half to five years in prison for sexual assault.
In addition, he'll be required to register as a sex offender when he's released and cannot reinstate his nursing license.
Morrissey's license was revoked after the charges were announced last November.
