A 15-year-old has died after being shot in an apparent drive-by shooting on Monday afternoon, police said.
Lt. Aaron Boisvert said it happened on Nelton Way at about 1:30 p.m. Officers responded to the area of a Shotspotter alert and found a teen unresponsive.
He was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment and was later pronounced dead. Police identified the teen as Jordan Luna, of Hartford.
