(NECN) - On Tuesday, the U.S. Supreme Court will gavel into session and begin hearing arguments on same sex marriage, which could lead to major changes for same sex couples.
The high court will look at California's Proposition 8, a voter-backed referendum that banned gay marriage in 2008.
