A California fugitive was arrested in Wareham, Massachusetts, on Sunday, according to police.

Timothy, Millet, 46, was wanted on an active warrant for parole violation on a robbery charge after fleeing from the Golden State, Wareham police said.

Wareham detectives learned he was allegedly in town, and noted Millet’s warrant indicated he had an "extensive criminal history of assaultive behavior and poses a threat to the community."

Officers George Chandler and John Iacobucci found Millet on High Street on Sunday morning and placed him in custody without incident.
