The home was a key part of Hernandez's trial for the murder of Odin Lloyd, whose bullet-riddled body was found in an industrial park less than a mile away. Video from the home's security system was also submitted as evidence in the trial.

The former Patriot is serving a life term for the 2013 killing of Odin Lloyd, who was dating the sister of Hernandez's fiancee.

Hernandez has also pleaded not guilty to murder charges in Boston, where he's accused of gunning down two men outside a nightclub in 2012.
