Police in Sturbridge, Massachusetts, have arrested a man they say smashed the door glass of a Burger King restaurant after he was unable to get a particular sandwich.
James Roso, 36, of Warren, will be arraigned Monday in Dudley District Court.
Police say Roso kicked the glass out of a door on Friday after he couldn't get a certain sandwich because the store's equipment was down.
Officers traced his vehicle's registration and charged him with malicious destruction, disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace.
