Traffic may be a challenge on Interstate 93 this weekend.
Officials closed one lane of traffic in both directions Saturday morning between Savin Hill Avenue and Exit 18 while crews worked on the median strip. All lanes were scheduled to reopen by 11 a.m. On Saturday night, officials will close down one lane of traffic at 8 p.m. in both directions.
A second lane will close at 11 p.m.
By 6 a.m. Sunday, one lane will reopen. All lanes will reopen by 11 a.m.
Additional lane closures may occur Sunday evening into Monday.
