    Apple Under Fire for FaceTime Glitch

    Apple says it is aware of a glitch allowing FaceTime users to eavesdrop on calls the recipient hasn't answered.

    An Apple app intended to bring more people facing backlash for doing just that — even without permission.

    A bug in Apple's popular group FaceTime feature let contacts access people's microphones and, in some cases, cameras, even if a recipient didn't accept a call.

    "I think it's very scary," one iPhone user said outside the Apple Store in Boston on Tuesday night.

    Apple said Tuesday it had disabled the group FaceTime feature and was working on a fix to the bug.
