(NECN) - Defense attorney Dan Small, who has represented those accused of public corruption, says the indictments Monday against former Massachusetts State Treasurer Tim Cahill, are also an opportunity for Massachusetts Attorney General Martha Coakley to show how she's getting tough on alleged public corruption.
While he said Coakley could be accused of political opportunism, Cahill and his team violated the first principle of political actvity: Stupidity.
