(NECN) - Julie Seitter, formerly of the Massachusetts area, was in Charlottesville, VA dropping her son off at school when they heard what sounded like a crash that never stopped crashing.
She describes the rocking, rolling and swaying they felt at the hotel they are staying at. Seitter says the shaking continued for more than a minute.
