(NECN) - The mother of the missing 3-month-old baby that led to an Amber Alert being issued in Massachusetts has been arrested in Virginia and according to the Mass. State Police's initial information, the baby is unharmed.

Police had issued the Amber Alert for a 3-month-old Westfield, Mass., girl authorities believe was abducted by her mother.
Police say 28-year-old Cheryl Kozaczek left her home at about 1 a.m. Wednesday with 3-month-old Gaebria Kozaczek.

Cheryl Kozaczek does not have legal custody of her daughter. The legal guardian is the baby's grandmother.
