(NECN) - For the second time in two weeks, a state has filed charges against a Bernard Madoff feeder fund.

Last week, Massachusetts Secretary of State William Galvin brought charges against the Fairfield Greenwich Group of Connecticut. Today, New York's Attorney General took action against a hedge fund manager.
