(NECN: Vermont) - "Everyone has been so good, they call us and send nice cards and letters. They all (the community) bring strength to us," says Butch Stevens, the step-grandfather of slain Brooke Bennett.

"I didn't think there was many good people here. There are so very few bad ones," says Stevens to NECN's Anya Huneke.

Her uncle, Michael Jacques, has
