NECN's business editor Peter Howe was on the Business Beat to discuss the future of Market Basket.

"I believe between now and Christmas, Market Basket will have its best four months ever, in terms of customers coming back, a lot of people are fascinated about what is going on at this store that people and employees and shoppers love it so much, checking it out," Howe explained.

In addition, Howe discussed health care spending in Massachusetts, the new Assembly square MBTA station, data breaches, and the Tall Ships due to set sail for Boston in 2017.
