A serious car accident leaves two dead and forced the closure of Rt. 6 in Providence, Rhode Island, early Sunday morning.
Two vehicles collided in a head-on crash when one vehicle entered the highway traveling in the wrong direction.
Rhode Island State Police said that a car entered the westbound off-ramp by Dean St in Providence. The car struck another vehicle head on around 1:30 A.M., killing the driver and a passenger of the vehicle the suspect hit.
Police arrested the suspect, whose name has bot been released, on suspicion of DUI. The name of the victims has also not yet been released.
