3 Charged in Heroin Distribution Investigation

Police in Carver, Massachusetts, have arrested three people on heroin charges.

On Friday around 3 p.m., Carver Police and the Plymouth County Sheriff's Department executed a search warrant at 21 Holmes Street as result of an on-going narcotic distribution investigation. Police say the search led to the seizure of several grams of heroin.

Jamie Neto, 34, and Myles Halunen, 25, were charged with possession with intent to distribute heroin and conspiracy to violate the controlled substance laws. Kevin Ferreira, 24, faces the same charges in addition to possession of a Class C drug.

All three of the suspects will be arraigned in Wareham District Court on Monday.

Police add that in March of 2015, a similar narcotics investigation was condicted at the same address resulting in multiple arrests.
