A 19-year-old crashed into a telephone pole in Cambridge, Vermont, after reaching for his cell phone while driving, according to police.
Necn affiliate WPTZ reports that the crash happened near Mansfield Avenue around 10:45 Sunday night.
Police say the driver, Keith Toomey, too his eyes off the road, crossed into incoming traffic and then crashed.
He was taned to a hospital for minor injuries and was later released.
