    An Essex Junction, Vermont, woman was arrested after police say she was clocked driving 102 MPH in a 65 MPH zone with a 1-month-old baby in her car.

    Vermont State Police say they pulled over Fatou Badji, 22, on I-91 in Guilford.

    She was driving with the baby and two other passengers at the time.

    She was arrested for excessive speed, careless and negligent operation, and endangering the welfare of a child under 10-years-old.

    She has been released on citation and is due back in court on Spt. 22.
