Crews have responded to the scene of a water main break in Boston's Charlestown neighborhood.
The break is located on Rutherford Avenue on the inbound lane in front of the Hood plant.
The road may be closed for much of the morning, if not for most of the day.
Crews are looking to reroute traffic from Sullivan Square around the break so people can get into Boston over the Charlestown Bridge.
Another water main broke in Wellesley Tuesday morning on Route 9 east, just prior to Route 95/128.
Alternate routes are advised.
