Family of Boy Who Drowned Seeks More Action, Information From Boston

The family of 7-year-old Kyzr Willis, who drowned this summer in Boston, is looking for answers.

Willis was at a city-run program at Carson Beach in South Boston when he wandered off, ultimately drowning.

Police have called it an accidental drowning. Boston responded by calling for changes in protocol at city-operated youth centers.

Still, there has been no formal ruling from the state medical examiners office.

The victim's family and its attorney held a press conference today looking for answers to why he died.

They are very frustrated by the lack of information regarding the incident.
