A local former professional athlete is now the author of a new book.
"Reaching Another Level" features expertise from professional coaches and athletes, as well as stories from the pros, including Patriots Quarterback Tom Brady.
Author and founder of the private coaching company “CoachUp,” Jordan Fliegel, joined us for more on the book.
Fliegel said that his company connects athletes to personal trainers in all fields of athletics.
