Man Exposed Himself to Teenage Girls in West Hartford: Police

A man exposed himself to two high school girls in West Hartford, Connecticut, on Friday morning and the description of the man police are looking for matches a similar case in West Hartford last month.

The two girls were waiting at the bus stop at South Quaker Lane and Richard Street around 9 a.m. on Friday when a man in an older dark sedan approached them, exposed himself and masturbated while speaking with the girls, police said.

The man appeared to be in his 30s. He had blond/brown hair, a goatee and was wearing a gray sweatshirt.

The car he was in is an older dark sedan, possibly a Honda, with dark tints, chrome door handles and chrome around the windows, police said.

There was a similar incident on Dec. 21 in the area of Seneca Road with the same vehicle and driver description, according to a news release from police.

In that case, girl told police that she was walking home from school around 2:45 p.m. when a man in a black car pulled up next to her. The passenger window was rolled down and he called out "Hello" and said "You look really good," police said.

As he talked to the victim, he was fondling himself and exposed his genitals to her.

She ran off and the car sped away, police said.
