A Quincy, Massachusetts, man was indicted on a murder charge Wednesday by a Norfolk Grand Jury for his role in a March bar brawl that turned deadly.
Police say 42-year-old Paul Fahey, a known member of a motorcycle gang, punched Keith Boudreau in the head then stomped on him inside the Home Ice Sports Bar.
Boudreau was left with serious injuries. He died a short time later.
Fahey was initially arraigned and pleaded not guilty to the charge on April 1 before Boudreau succumbed to his injuries on April 3. Fahey was held without bail.
In addition to the murder indictment, Fahey was also indicted for intimidation of a witness, and carryin a dangerous weapon.
“We thank the Quincy Police Department and the Massachusetts State Police for their work investigating this incident and identifying a suspect,” District Attorney Morrissey said.
