Male Shot in Head Twice in Boston

Police are investigating after a male victim was shot in the head twice in Boston on Thursday.

Officers responded to the shooting on Ellington Street around 5 p.m.

The victim was transported to Boston Medical Center. There is no word on his condition.

Three years earlier, another shooting took place in the same location. Preston Stephens, then 9, was caught in the crossfire, the bullet piercing his Celtics jersey.

Although the boy and his mother were not home at the time of the shooting, they still have the Rajon Rondo jersey that was grazed.
