A missing 18-year-old has been found dead in Wilmington, Massachusetts, according to Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan.
The body of an adult female believed to be Ira Jaan Simbulan of North Andover was located around 10 a.m. in the area of Glen Road, where she was last seen on Monday night.
The district attorney's office say the preliminary investigation does not indicate foul play.
Wilmington Police and members of the Northeastern Massachusetts Law Enforcement Council met on Wednesday morning to search for Simbulan.
She had last been seen in the area of 12 Glen Road in Wilmington around 5:30 p.m. Monday.
Simbulan was a student at Babson College in Wellesley. The college issued a statement saying that it is "saddened" by the news of her death.
"Our thoughts and prayers go out to her family, friends, and all members of the Babson College community mourning the loss of this extraordinary young woman."
The school said it is making counseling services and other support resources available to students, faculty and staff.
The investigation is ongoing and is being conducted by Massachusetts State Police detectives assigned to the district attorney's office and Wilmington Police.
