Boston Students Show Solidarity for Paris in March

It was a show of solidarity for Paris in Boston Monday night, a march from the Berklee College of Music to the Christian Science Reflection Pool.

The students who came out were far away from the terror in Paris, but feeling connected, sharing their emotions and feelings.

"We're far away but it still touched me, the events that happened, so I'm just here to pay my respect," said Vincent Huntenburg, a Berklee Student

Another student, Helena Ochs said, "It's really great that so many people can unite over something that happened so far away."

There was also a moment of silence and words of encouragement in the wake of the terror acts.

At the end of the night there was a performance by Robert Gould singing John Lennon's "Imagine."

"Imagine talks about being in a place of equality freedom of bliss where no worldly things are of concern," said Gould.

Students from the Boston Conservatory also took part.
