T.J.Maxx Opens on Newbury Street Complete with Wi-Fi and Charging Stations

A T.J.Maxx opened on Newbury Street in Boston on Thursday, complete with Wi-Fi and charging stations for all the "shop til you droppers."

The store took over the building the former Best Buy was located in right on Massachusetts Ave. and Newbury St.

According to Bostinno, the store spans three floors and 45,000 square feet.

The store will offer high quality and brand name clothing and shoes, as well as pet supplies, toys, home products, and more.

In addition, the store will feature The Runway, which is T.J.Maxx's more exclusive fashion department for men and women.

According to the company, The Runway is the "most exclusive department overflowing with European, contemporary and couture fashion."

Inside the store shoppers will find free Wi-Fi, as well as charging kiosks where they can plug in their phones and leave them to charge in a locking chamber while they shop, reports the Boston Herald.

According to Bostinno, this is T.J.Maxx's third Boston location.
