Battle Between Trump, Walsh Wages on

Boston Mayor Marty Walsh responded to Donald Trump's comments Friday night when Trump was asked if he would take the Ice Bucket Challenge.

Walsh had taken the challenge earlier in the day, and challenged Trump to do it as well.

As it turns out, Trump had already taken the Ice Bucket Challenge a year ago - calling out President Obama and his own sons to do the same - so some felt his response was responding.

"I don't even know who he is, this guy Marty Walsh, he spends all this time and effort and money on an Olympic bid and then he goes out and he's talking about Ice Bucket Challenges," he said. "Get a real mayor."

Asked if he felt that was disrespectful to the Ice Bucket Challenge, Walsh said, "He honestly doesn't warrant a response ... If people want to make outrageous comments, let them make outrageous comments. But just donate to the Frates foundation."

Earlier in the day, Trump was on "Meet the Press," revealing more specifics about his positions, including on immigration reform, which Trump has made a focal point of his campaign.

Moderator Chuck Todd asks if he would rescind Obama's executive orders including the Dream Act and toughen deportation.

"We have to make a whole new set of standards," Trump responded. "We are going to keep the families together, we have to keep the families together ... But they have to go."

Todd asked what would be done if they had no place to go.

"We will work with them," Trump said. "They have to go. Chuck, you either have a country or you don't have a country."

Frank Ford of Methuen is one voter who likes Trump's tough talk.

"Lawrence today is 70 percent Hispanic, many of which are illegal," he said. "So I'm a supporter of closing the border."
