    (NECN/NBC News: Jennifer Bjorklund) - Three people have been arrested for setting a fast-moving brush fire near the Angeles National Forest in southern California.

    The blaze has scorched hundreds of acres near Glendora and forced thousands from their homes.

    Several structures have already been consumed.

    Firefighters say erratic winds have sparks hopscotching across brushy areas that haven't burned for 45 years.
