(NECN: Alysha Palumbo, Lexington, Mass.) - Treacherous road conditions are plaguing highway I-95 in Massachusetts. Cars have been forced to stop along the side of the highway to clear their windshields.
The snow is wet, fine and the cold temperature is creating many problems. Plows are out, but it's still dangerous to progress at normal speeds.
"Every time the wipers wipe, they get less and less effective. Sometimes I've been reaching out the window pulling snow and ice off of them," said Eric Fisher.
