Winter Storm to Taper Off by Early Evening for Southern NE

(NECN) – Another winter storm is making way through New England, bringing heavy snowfall and rain.

Southern New England is expected to get the least amount of snow in this storm, averaging around only one-to-three inches.

A rain line on Cape Cod will move slightly north into the Boston area. As a result, these areas are expected to only get around an inch.

The storm is expected to pass by early evening, just in time for the evening commute, but there will still be some lingering sloppiness.
