The Massachusetts State Lottery is looking to tap into the online market, according to the Boston Herald.

The Herald reports the Lottery is requesting information for online-based products, including daily fantasy sports.

Lottery and scratch tickets can only be purchased with cash and the Lottery will have to go through Legislature to get permission to expand online.

At least one bill which would approve the online expansion is present in Legislature.
